Symbionics is an AI-powered smart prosthetic system, focused on learning the natural movement and environments of the user to create an intuitive personalized movement for the user and be adaptable to any environment or object the user may come into contact with, without pre-programmed actions.
Smart glove
The system works in three parts, the first being the smart glove. This glove uses a gyroscope, ultrasound, motion tracking, and AI object recognition to learn about the user’s movements and how they associate with the objects they interact with.
Prosthetic hand
The UI screen controls arm functions and monitor’s battery and connectivity
The camera recognizes objects and using AI, associates them with the proper grip type creating intuitive movement

User can select diverse activities like training, sports, driving, cooking, and writing, followed by an intuitive level selection screen offering options for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced proficiency levels
Symbionics is easy and comfortable for users, not just in terms of technology, but also considering their feelings and lifestyle?
AI is being used in a way that respects user’s privacy, keeps their data safe, and makes it clear how the AI learns from their movements?
Symbionics is affordable, easy for anyone to use, and can adapt to different needs and preferences, considering different cultures and physical abilities?
How does Symbionics benefit people?
Encouragement and Progress Tracking
The UI encourages users through a variety of activities and exercises, fostering growth and progress. Users can track their development over time, promoting a sense of achievement and motivation
Community and Shared Learning
People can share their arm skills data with others across the network, contributing to a shared learning experience. This community aspect makes the prosthetic more adaptable to diverse environments, interactions, and objects
Connect with Professional
In case where users need assistance, the app facilitates connections to Prosthetists or Physical Therapists, providing ongoing support and guidance for optimal use and comfort
